Maastricht Academy of Music has two magnificent locations: The main building along Bonnefantenstraat (Classical Music department) is situated in the historical "Jekerkwartier" neighbourhood. The Jazz/Pop Department is situated on the banks of the river Meuse in the cosy quarter of Wyck (Franciscus Romanusweg). Both locations are fully equipped with concert PA, lighting grid and professional audio and recording equipment. Both locations have faculty studios equipped with Steinway grand pianos.

The main building has two concert halls:
  • Willem Hijstek concert hall 
  • Matty Niël concert hall 
The annex has a concert hall for jazz concerts: 
  • Concert hall Wyck
